Digital photos

Digital photos keep the experience simple and easy to share. Guests can receive photos on the night by text, email or QR code, and a link is provided afterwards to download the full collection.

Instant prints

Instant prints give guests something physical to take home. They also make it easy to add a second copy to a guestbook while the event is still happening, so the book grows throughout the evening rather than becoming a job to assemble later.

A guestbook with messages

For weddings and special occasions, the guestbook option adds space for guests to write a message beside an additional copy of their photo. It turns a series of pictures into a record of who was there and what they wanted to say to you.

Plan the look of the photo experience

The photo output is only one part of the setup. You can choose from modern white or rustic wooden Selfie Photo Pods, then shape the look around your event with a backdrop, fun props and a personalised photo design.

The white pod has a sleek, contemporary look that suits weddings, parties, proms and corporate events. The rustic pod has a warmer, vintage-inspired appearance that works particularly well with rustic weddings, barns and country-style venues, while still fitting other celebrations.

Red carpet and rope barriers can be included to create a dedicated photo area. That makes the pod easier for guests to spot and gives the setup a clear place within the room.

What to decide before booking

You do not need to have every visual detail ready before you get in touch, but these questions will help:

• Would you prefer the white pod or rustic pod?
• Do you want digital photos, instant prints, a guestbook, or a combination?
• Which backdrop and props fit the event?
• What names, event details or message should appear on the template?
• Should the pod be booked on its own or alongside DJ entertainment?

The pod can be hired as a standalone booking or added alongside DJ entertainment. Either way, the date, venue and the way you want guests to use the space are useful starting points for the conversation.

After the event

The physical guestbook gives you messages to keep, while the digital collection gives you the complete set of photos to download afterwards. That combination means the experience continues after the last guest has left: you have the book to look through and the full gallery to share.
